  • How early in advance should I book my service.

    In peak seasons the services can sell out very quickly.

    We recommend booking within 4 weeks of your travel dates to secure your booking.

  • Cancellation policies

    The cancellation policy is available on checkout.


    We offer 3 different cancellation policies depending on the service.


    Standard policy:

     Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.

    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.

    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


  • Local supplier contact details

    The full contact details of your local supplier will be available on your booking confirmation voucher, once the booking has been confirmed.

  • Payments options

    We offer 2 payment options, for payment upfront when booking or a 50% deposit and the remaining balance due seven days prior to the travel date when booking 15 days before the travel date, if you wish to pay the remaining balance on the day of travel please notify our customer service within 8 days of your travelling date. (This option is only available for services in England).


    All other locations only offers - 1 payment option, full payment.

  • How to change the prices into a different currency

  • Refunds

    Refund will be processed within 1 to 5 working days from receiving communication. please allow up to 10 - 15 working days for your bank, Credit card provider to process the refund into your account.


    Refund will only be processed once received written confirmation that your reservation has been cancelled.


    The refund will only be processed by us, if meeting our cancellation policy.


    If upgrading your refund terms you will need to contact the Insurance company directly to process your refund.

  • Enhanced Refund, How does it work?

    Upon checkout, you can select the enhanced refund terms as an optional extra, this will add an additional 8% to the booking value, and will waver our cancellation policy, for the full details please visit: https://refundable.me

  • Meet and Greet Service

    Airport, includes 2 hours free waiting time from when the flight lands, the driver will meet you directly inside the airport terminal, displaying a name board with the lead passengers name, please note no UK airport allows curb side pick ups. 

    Cruise terminal, includes 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pick up time, the driver will meet you directly at the exit of the cruise terminal displaying a name board with the lead passengers name.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed

    Airport pickups the drivers monitor the flight and only go into the terminal once the flight has landed, if the flight is heavily delayed we will allocate a different driver but there will be no additional charges.

  • Is there any hidden charges?

    The price you see online is the price you pay no additional charges on arrival unless choosing the 50% deposit.
