Payment:

If choosing the 50% deposit  the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the travel date, if you prefer to pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the service please notify our customer service via e-mail on info@travelbrake.com.

 

Our standard cancellation policy:
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled Pick up time, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent fee. In case of a no show there will be a 100 percent fee.


The cancellation policy can be different from our standard cancellation policy depending on the supplier this information is available on the product information and on checkout and you will receive a written copy on your booking confirmation letter.


Any attraction tickets that the supplier or Travel brake purchase on behalf of the clients are subject to terms and conditions of attractions ticket office and the supplier is not responsible for their terms and conditions and any cancellations, amendments and late arrival.
