Travel Brake – Terms and Conditions
1. Agency Disclaimer
Travel Brake is a booking agent and does not operate or provide the travel, transport, tour, or related services listed on our website. All services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers.
By booking through Travel Brake, you are entering into a contract directly with the individual supplier of the service. Travel Brake facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the service contract and does not accept any responsibility for the delivery, quality, punctuality, amendments, or cancellations of the services provided by the supplier.
While we aim to work with reputable suppliers and provide accurate service information, we cannot be held liable for any failures, disputes, or changes in service provided by third parties.
2. Payment Policy
- If selecting the 50% deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the travel date.
- If you wish to pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the service, please inform our customer service team in advance by emailing info@travelbrake.com.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- No cancellation fee if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 12 and 48 hours prior to pickup.
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup or in the event of a no-show.
Please note:
- Cancellation terms may vary depending on the supplier.
- Specific terms for each service will be shown on the product page, at checkout, and included in your booking confirmation.
4. Attraction Tickets
Any attraction tickets purchased by Travel Brake or its suppliers on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing ticket office or attraction.
Travel Brake and its suppliers are not responsible for:
- Ticket provider policies
- Cancellations or amendments
- Late arrivals or missed entry slots
5. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, you may:
- Log in to your account at www.travelbrake.com, or
- Email your cancellation request to info@travelbrake.com
6. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including travel dates, pickup and drop-off addresses, and contact details.
Customers must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time. Travel Brake and its suppliers are not responsible for missed services due to customer delays, incomplete information, or late arrival.
7. Service Amendments by Suppliers
Suppliers may occasionally need to make changes to scheduled services due to operational issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. These may include:
- Adjustments to itineraries or routes
- Vehicle substitutions
- Changes to timing
We will notify you of any such changes as soon as we are informed. Minor changes do not entitle customers to a refund. Significant changes may qualify for a refund or alternative arrangement, depending on the supplier’s terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Brake shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience resulting from services provided by third-party suppliers, including:
- Missed flights or transport connections
- Traffic delays or route changes
- Damage to personal belongings
- Service errors, cancellations, or poor service delivery
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking through our platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
