  • This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.
  • If the customers go over the set amount of hourly allowance (2 or 4 hours shopping time) or require additional hours. The additional cost for the extra hours will be available on the voucher once the booking has been completed.

  • Bicester Village Opening Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 20:00, Saturday 09:00 – 21:00, Sunday 10:00 – 19:00. Journey time from London to Bicester is 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • This service will start with the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have informed the driver that they will no longer require the service. Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If the service exceeds the set amount of hourly allowance (4 hours of shopping time) or requires additional hours. The additional costs will be charged at £50 per hour for the Sedan and minivan, £55 per hour for the Van, this is payable to the driver at the end of the service In cash or by credit card is available with an additional credit card transaction fee at 4%.

    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.
