  • We can pick up and drop off at other locations. Please enquire with the Operator before booking.
  • This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.
  • Shopping time will only start when the driver arrives at Bicester Village, and will end when the driver leaves.
  • If the customers go over the set amount of hourly allowance (2 or 4 hours shopping time) or require additional hours. The additional cost for the extra hours will be available on the voucher once the booking has been completed.
  • The prices are based on 1 to 3 adults travelling in a Sedan, up to 4 adults travelling in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults travelling in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults travelling in an 8 seater Van.
  • Luxury sedans and minivans are available. Please enquire with the Operator before booking.

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.

    The full contact details of your local supplier will be available on your booking confirmation voucher, once the booking has been confirmed.
