  • Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
  • Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.
  • Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm.     Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.
