  • Meet and greet service includes 90 minutes free waiting time from when the flight lands and the car park cost.
  • Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
  • Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, foldable wheelchairs, Walker, pleas notify the local supplier.
  • If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges.
  • The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
  • The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 45 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal) For international flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs exit, 45 minutes after the flight land. The driver will then wait a further 45 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight landed. If the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional carpark cost and additional waiting time are payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 35 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal) For international flights, our driver will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point located immediately after the customs-exit, 40 minutes after flight land. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight landed. If the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional carpark cost and additional waiting time are payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer.

  • Cancellation policies

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.

    The full contact details of your local supplier will be available on your booking confirmation voucher, once the booking has been confirmed.
