  • The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
  • Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area). The pickup time is the disembarkation time when the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal. If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change the pickup time.
  • The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time.

  • Cancellation policies

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.


  • Local supplier contact details

    The full contact details of your local supplier will be available on your booking confirmation voucher, once the booking has been confirmed.

  • How early in advance should I book my service.

    In peak seasons the services can sell out very quickly.


    We recommend booking within 4 weeks of your travel dates to secure your booking.
