  • Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 02089355116.  If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.  The driver will leave the cruise terminal 90 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show. This service includes 2 hours viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

  • Cancellation policies

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
