  • This transfer service from Marco Polo airport to Venice island will be provided directly by water taxi from the dock at airport to your destination in Venice (or to the closest public dock). However, based on the exclusive criteria of the water taxi captain and depending on weather conditions, tide level, boats traffic in the lagoon, flight delays or the waiting queue at water taxi dock at airport or any other element outside our control, we can decide to provide a private ground transportation from Marco Polo airport to Piazzale Roma and then a water taxi from Piazzale Roma to your destination in Venice, instead of a direct transfer. For the safety of passengers and following the maritime regulations in Italy, the decision of the captain must be accepted and can't be a reason for cancellation, complaint or refund requests.
  • For Customers arriving to Venice Marco Polo Airport Please meet the driver in front of luggage claim area exit door; he will hold a nameboard. The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight and will wait up to 60 minutes after the plane has landed. Note that since the arrival time of the flight you will need approximately 15-20 minutes to claim your baggage and leave the airport. In the event that a member of your group loses a suitcase, or any other incidence that make you late for meeting with driver, please send someone from the group to meet with the driver to inform him of the incident or contact us to notify the issue. • This transfer service from Marco Polo airport to Venice island will be provided directly by water taxi from the dock at airport to your destination in Venice (or to the closest public dock).     Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.
