  • Cruise terminal pickup Shared-ride service. When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal just by the exit of the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name board with EC Minibus Cruise Shared Ride Service or your name between 7:30 am to 8:00 am. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off are) PLEASE REMAIN IN FRONT OF THE CRUISE TERMINAL EXIT AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE NOTE THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE THE TERMINAL BY NO LATER THAN 08:15 AM. Please inform the Cruise company that you have a cruise Shared-ride service and you need to disembark by no later than 8 AM. If you have not been able to make contact with our representative by 8 AM. please contact us immediately, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. On some occasions, the cruise company has been known to provide a later disembarkation time slot that may cause you to miss this service. we advise you to inform them that you need to be off the ship by 7:45 AM because if you are not able to meet the representative by 8:15 AM you will lose the service If you are persistent they will make the arrangements. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
