  • The prices are based on 1 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 1 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 1 to 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
  • Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 02089355116.  This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Windsor. If going beyond the 2 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
