This Service is available only in Southampton, (within the limit of 20 Miles per every 2 hours of the Service), the Service can go out of Southampton for an additional charge which will be provided on the voucher once the booking has been completed.
This service is available in 3 different types of vehicles, 1 to 3 adults travelling in a Sedan, 1 to 4 adults travelling in a Minivan, 1 to 8 adults travelling in a Van.
This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have informed the driver that they will no longer require the service. If the service exceeds the set amount of hourly allowance or requires additional hours, the additional costs will be charged at 55 per hour for the Sedan and minivan, £65 per hour for the Van, payable to the driver at the end of the service in cash or credit card (4% Credit card transaction fee). This service is available only in Southampton, (within the limit of 20 Miles per every 2 hours of the Service), going over the 20 Miles will be charged at 45p per mile, payable to the driver at the end of the service in cash or credit card (4% Credit card transaction fee). To get a full estimate on if there would be any additional charges please let us know your itinerary. Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Cruise terminal pickup, Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)
This service is available 24 hours a day. Please provide your pickup time and the itinerary. We will pick you up directly from your pickup address.

Cancellation policies

Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.

This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
