  • The prices are based on 1 to 3 adults traveling in a Sedan, 4 to 5 adults traveling in a Minivan, 6 to 8 adults traveling in a Van.

  • This service is only available for pick-ups and drop-offs from the following postcodes/Area in London W1, W2, W6, W8, W11, W12, W14, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, NW1, NW8, SE1, SE11.
  • Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. This service includes 2 hours or 3 hours viewing time (waiting time) at Windsor. If going beyond the 2 hours or 3 hours the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £35 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £40 per hour. 
  • 7 days a week between 9:00AM to 13:30PM   As this is a private vehicle hire you can select your own pickup time to suit you,  • Windsor Castle opens daily at 9:30 AM In the summer months with the last entry at 4:00 PM and in the winter at 9:45 AM with the last entry at 3:00 PM. • The journey time from London to Windsor Castle is approximately 1 hour.

    Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.


    Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.


    This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
